Ankit Rao

“Hi! I’m Ankit Rao. With True Form, I’m dedicated to building a community where every person feels genuinely seen, heard, and supported—especially when wrestling with Imposter Syndrome. Whether you’re navigating exams, career milestones, or personal growth, that inner voice telling you “I don’t belong” can strike at any moment. I’ve witnessed how isolating those doubts can be, and how rare it is to find a space for honest conversation. That’s why True Form exists: to share real stories, spark courageous dialogue about mental health, and transform self-doubt into self-empowerment. Together, we’ll break down stigma, cultivate empathy, and champion the strength that comes from embracing our true selves."

Smita Jayaprakash

"Hi, I’m Smita Jayaprakash. With True Form, I wanted to bring awareness to something many people struggle with but rarely talk about: Imposter syndrome. Whether you're a student, a professional, or someone simply trying to grow, that quiet feeling of not being "good enough" can show up at any stage. I noticed how common and isolating this experience can be, yet how little space there is to talk about it honestly. That’s why we created True Form: to start real conversations, validate those hidden doubts, and remind people they’re not alone. My goal is to build a space where self-doubt turns into self-awareness, and where people feel empowered to own their story without shame."

My goal is to empower others to embrezde their authentic selves, speak openly about mental health, and find strength in vulnerability.
